Returns

At Royal Marwar, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

You can request a return if the product you receive is:

* Damaged
* Defective
* Different from what you ordered

Please raise your return request within *48 hours* of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

* Unused
* In its original condition
* Packed in its original box
* Returned with all tags, accessories, invoice, and any free items received with the order

If the product is returned without its original packaging or is damaged due to use, we may reject the return request or deduct applicable charges.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns for:

* Customized or made-to-order products
* Products that have been used
* Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
* Products returned without the original packaging or missing accessories

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team and share:

* Your Order ID
* Clear photos or videos showing the issue
* A short description of the problem

Once your request is approved, we will arrange the pickup and keep you informed about the next steps.

Refunds

After your return is approved:

* If the product is picked up on the scheduled date, your refund is usually processed within *24 hours* after the pickup is confirmed.
* If the pickup is delayed, your refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the product. This may take up to *15 business days*.
* The refund will be sent to the *same payment method* used while placing the order.

Replacement

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a *replacement* instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
