At Royal Marwar (Jagdamba Handicraft), we take great care in delivering your handcrafted furniture safely and efficiently. As many of our products are made to order and handcrafted, shipping timelines may vary depending on the product and delivery location.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation.

  • Custom-made and made-to-order furniture requires additional manufacturing time before dispatch.

  • Customers will receive an order confirmation after the order is successfully placed.

  • Once your order is ready, you will receive shipment and tracking details (where available).

Manufacturing & Dispatch Time

Most Royal Marwar furniture is handcrafted and made with premium solid wood.

Typical timelines are:

  • Ready-to-Ship Products: 3–7 business days

  • Made-to-Order Furniture: 2–8 weeks, depending on the product and level of customisation.

Estimated delivery dates are provided for guidance only and may vary.

Delivery Time

Delivery depends on your location and logistics availability.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–12 business days

  • Remote Areas: Delivery may require additional time.

Large furniture items may require specialised transport and longer transit times.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products, promotional campaigns, or specific delivery locations.

  • Additional charges may apply for remote locations, difficult access areas, or special delivery requirements.

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.

If you notice:

  • Visible damage to the packaging

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect product

please notify the delivery personnel where possible and contact Royal Marwar within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order details.

Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or the delivery address is incorrect, the courier may make additional delivery attempts or return the shipment. Any extra delivery charges arising from incorrect information or repeated failed delivery attempts may be the customer's responsibility.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Full delivery address

  • Mobile number

  • PIN code

  • Recipient details

Royal Marwar is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping information.

Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Manufacturing delays for customised furniture

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for selected products and destinations. Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and local fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
